IB Studio & Art History

Art History prepares you for success in IB Art Studio. Students learn about artists, cultures, art movements and more in this rigorous history class.

In IB Art Studio, students work in a creative process journal and prepare a portfolio to earn their IB Visual Arts Diploma.

Skills and technique work are necessary, however, a big focus is on expression, creativity, and originality.

IB Art Studio can also be taken by non-IB students that would like to explore the artistic process and create an art portfolio on their own for themselves or for college applications.
